Overall experience was good but both the hotel room and conference room were hot. Unfortunately, due to the street noise, we could not leave the conference room windows open to alleviate the stagnant heat in the room. For the hotel room, I had a fan but the room was still hot and I could not leave the window open at night due to the street noise.

it was ok - lack of sleep due to road noise was a major issue

We are delighted that you were so satisfied with our service, cleanliness, location, and especially with the breakfast – phenomenal, of course, we are delighted to read! We also appreciate your positive feedback about the bar.

At the same time, we regret that your stay was affected by the temperature in the room. Our Essential Rooms have centrally controlled air conditioning, while our Superior Rooms also have individually controlled air conditioning and are located on the quieter garden side. For more comfort in the summer, we therefore recommend booking this room category – upon request, we will also be happy to bring an additional fan to your room.

We take very seriously the fact that you enjoyed our restaurant's culinary offerings but found the prices too high. We constantly review our pricing and pass on your feedback directly to our kitchen team.
