The staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It seemed that this only worked in the winter as pushed out heat! The staff did provide a fan but for a modern hotel chain I would expect to have the ability to keep the room fully air conditioned to a temp of my choosing.

For your next stay we recommend to book one of our superior rooms - these rooms are located on the more quiet garden side of the building and the air condition can be regulated individually.
