We are pleased that you were generally satisfied with the cleanliness, the location, and the room itself. However, we are very sorry that the service at reception, and especially the friendliness of our team, did not meet your expectations. We take your feedback very seriously and will use it to further refine and improve our service.
We are also sorry that you experienced an uncomfortably warm room temperature due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. For your next stay, we recommend choosing a Superior Room. These are located on the quieter garden side, feature individually controlled air conditioning, and offer additional amenities such as a complimentary minibar and a capsule coffee machine.
We greatly appreciate your openness and take your honest feedback regarding the perceived value and functionality of the room seriously. Such feedback helps us to work on targeted improvements.
