Dear Sir,
Dear Madam,
I am a great and unconditional fan of your hotel. I would not go anywhere else when
visiting this part of Berlin. I shall be visiting you at least three more times within the
next 12 months so please do not change anything at least during this one year lapse.
On top of all the rest, I do very much appreciate the warm welcome from your staff
at the desk, their willingness to help. I am making a great use of your easily accessible
computer / internet on the ground floor. The latter allows me not to travel with a
sizable laptop and just carry out a much smaller iPad, which makes a huge difference
when travelling with EasyJet. I do appreciate to be still able to benefit from all these
services for a few hours after official checkout time ( until I must leave for the
Schönefeld Airport).
I am most definitely looking forward to my forthcoming visit at the beginning of next
December 2016.
