Wir sind schon jahrelange Dorint Kartenbesitzer. Auch in diesem Hotel haben wir den gewohnten Standard vorgefunden. Das Rezeption Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die einzige Beanstandung, die sie vielleicht auch noch für uns klären könnten, ist, dass unsere Buchungen immer nicht auf die Dorint Karte automatisch gebucht werden und beim einchecken es immer Probleme gibt, das nachzuholen

I sent the following to Nina the morning I checked out and have yet to hear any response:

I recently stayed at your hotel last night hoping to get a good rest before my early morning flight. As I write this email, it has been 24 hours since I have had sleep.

When I checked in on Wednesday, June 25th, it was not disclosed that the air conditioning was not working. It was over 80F in the room and despite my best efforts it was impossible to sleep as I was sweating and could not find comfort.

I feel that had I been told about the air conditioning issue I could have sought another place to sleep. This experience feels somewhat dishonest and I dont feel like I should have paid as I was sold on a place to rest and received anything but.

I hope that there is something that can be done as I still have 14 hours of travel today and the stress of this experience will not help.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

- Rezeptionscrew sehr freundlich!
- Frühstücksservice sehr freundlich!
… auch die Mitarbeiter der Technik und des Housekeepings waren hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Ein Koch im Frühstücksraum war sehr humorvoll mit Begeisterung im Einsatz.
