I sent the following to Nina the morning I checked out and have yet to hear any response:
I recently stayed at your hotel last night hoping to get a good rest before my early morning flight. As I write this email, it has been 24 hours since I have had sleep.
When I checked in on Wednesday, June 25th, it was not disclosed that the air conditioning was not working. It was over 80F in the room and despite my best efforts it was impossible to sleep as I was sweating and could not find comfort.
I feel that had I been told about the air conditioning issue I could have sought another place to sleep. This experience feels somewhat dishonest and I dont feel like I should have paid as I was sold on a place to rest and received anything but.
I hope that there is something that can be done as I still have 14 hours of travel today and the stress of this experience will not help.
