In general the experience was positive. I didn't like that the bedroom was not clean and the bed done between days. After inquire in the reception, they informed that I should order it. By default they are not doing it, because of the environment. I think the environment is an excuse, because doing the beds and cleaning the room is not related with the environment. The normal situation is the opposite. If you don't want your bedroom cleaned, you should inform.
