Accommodation is a bit expensive. It is more expensive than in the center of Vienna, which is not justified. Upon arrival I was greeted coldly (without a single smile from the receptionists) and with the only concern to collect the money for the room and parking. Nowhere in the world have I come across anything like this. There was a fancy phrase asking me when I would like to pay. Unfortunately not here either. If it's hotel policy then it leaves a lot to be desired, if it's the receptionist's fault then it can be rectified. Also, parking was very expensive.
We will address this issue with our reception team to ensure that our guests always receive a warm and friendly welcome. Regarding our pricing, please note that your arrived in the middle of the Formula-1 special season. As for the upfront paying, nowadays it is the ordinary policy in hotels if the prepayment was not done yet.
