The overall experience was good. I mention that the second elevator (the left one) did not go to the 3rd floor. The way to the parking area (garage) was a little bit complicate.

Hotel was in an excellent location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Couldn't find fault with anything , though perhaps would have been nice to have kettle in room. Though friends had this and they were in superior room. However, coffee/tea available in lobby, and was very good cup of coffee!!

Estancia muy agradable, ubicación perfecta , muy bien comunicado con el centro con tranvías junto al hotel. El único inconveniente son las cortinas que no dejan totalmente a oscuras la habitación, estábamos con luz desde las 5:30 a.m

Clean hotel , facilities all in working order , we were glad of the Air conditioning ! The dinner was good , plenty of choice too and the dining area really nicely decorated .
Close to the main shops and cafes, near to the Danube .Really enjoyed our stay, all staff were very helpful and pleasant . Miriam in the bar was so lovely, an asset to the hotel !
