Good except for being hit by elevator door when it closed on me , it hurt my right arm and shoulder. Staff at hotel not helpful when tried to tell them

The hotel is located in a great place. It was easy to get around. It was clean, quiet and relaxing.

It was good. Hotel parking was a bit uncomfortable as I did not receive card for parking garage and every time I had to go to desk and ask if I can get to garage.

great experience because I didn't have to stay lot of time in the room and therefore i didn't need internet too much…. but usually the internet connection is the most important thing for me (as i also work in the room), and this ABSOLUTELY needs to be improved
