First time in Budapest, and so glad we picked this hotel. Guests are provided a local cellphone (the Handy) that you can use at no charge during your visit. We downloaded walking tours from Lonely Planet on the device and used Google maps a lot to get us around. Definitely very customer focused. We will stay here again if we come back!

The overall stay was Brilliant, the location for us as a couple was perfect

Excellent, we loved the 4 days we were there. Hotel so close to everywhere, walked loads as no need for buses etc. Thermal baths just over Elizabeth Bridge were a highlight, as was all the architecture and fabulous building. Really enjoyed the river cruise. The side and back streets well worth a visit off the main streets as lovely little places. We found a couple of Michelin star restaurants, food generally is limited for vegetarians but all restaurant's were helpful in meeting my needs.

Muy buena experiencia. Bien ubicado. Limpieza. Aunque tras conocer la ciudad mejor haber estado más cerca del puente de las cadenas. Pero está muy cerca andando
Lo q no le ha gustado es el desayuno. Un poco pobre y un día q baje tarde lo recogieron todo rápido y aún estaba yo desayunando. Deberían haber preguntado si quería algo mas
