Our experience was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The hotel was immaculately clean. Reception were attentive and always available. This is a great hotel we would definitely come again.

Very good with one remark: it will be better for your guests to change the old TV's with smart TV. I couldn't watch netflix or hbo max.

Overall the experience was good. But we did have a few issues, the comfortable chairs in the room were really not sized suitably for the room thus making it cluttered and crowded. When we moved a chair a leg fell off the chair upon our check-in evening and no one was available to fix it until the next day. Very happy to have luggage storage prior to being able to check in! We found the front desk staff to be very pleasant.
