We were completely satisfied with the location of the hotel.
The service and courtesy of the staff made us feel very comfortable.
We were positively impressed that the breakfast tables are cleaned with disinfectant spray before the next customer sits down.
The body lotion and the box of tissues in the room were a very positive addition, as was the coffee maker with coffee cups and the first treat of coffee tabs and the bottle of water.

However, only 2 towels are provided, a small and a large one. An additional medium-sized towel is also needed.
Also, the hand soap cannot stand without a soap dish on the sink because the surface fills with soap and water. A liquid soap dispenser would be more useful.

In our room No. 504, there were several technical problems that were not resolved during the days we were there:
The air conditioning was not working and the room was very hot.
The refrigerator was broken before we arrived and that is why we found it empty, and no attempt was made to fix it during the days we were there.
The small reading light above the headrest was broken and even though we mentioned it, no attempt was made to fix that either.
The electronic door lock also opened after many attempts.
