Random room allocation - which, for us, resulted in a view to the street and the public street DUSTBINS, with high pitch noise from 7 am until the evening (people throwing out glass bottles, garbage truck emptying the dustbins). It is highly unfair to charge the same price as for other rooms at the same or even lower category. On top, reception staff did not show any willingness to help - e.g. upgrade. Simply due to this fact I would never make a booking at Evancy again. For the same reason I cannot frankly recommend this place to anyone. Location: nice hilly area with woods around which COULD HAVE BEEN relaxing. To note, apart from trekking routes, literally there is nothing within walking distance (for small kids, bike is not an option, too).
