Excellent. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. Location is perfect, minutes from the Munich Central Station and a 5 minute walk to Munich Old Town. It would be nice to have one 115v power outlet in the room. The pedestal sink in the bathroom has limited surface space, so maybe add an additional side table in the bathroom.

The hotel has seen better days, the rooms aren't freshly renovated, but everything is clean and works, the WiFi is surprisingly good for an older building and the staff is wonderful.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit bayrischen Flair. Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt perfekt zu Fuß zeitnah zu erreichen. Frühstück sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder.

The room that I have reserved from photos and the room that I leaved was totally different!
We had viewed in the road with a lot of traffic and noise. I asked about a softer pillow because the pillow was so strong and uncomfortable but the manager of cleaning informed me that they hadn’t any other.
After two days the third day appeared two more soft pillows.
One of the day that we stay I have a problem with my foot and I stayed in the room. I asked to help me to make a delivery order , but the boy in reception informed me that they couldn’t make like this. The restaurant of the hotel was closed the dates that we stayed on it.
We had reservated three rooms for all the family and the hotel payed from as about 3.000 euros for 4 days.
At the end I had to mention that all the furniture and all the facilities represented an old fashion hotel. The people who worked there they couldn’t decide for anything and for everything can asked a gossip manager!

Rooms was great, and so is the location. The problem is the street in front of It. There was people making loud noise on the street the entire night. Very unfortunate.

Moreover, there was a rude receptionist on the night we arrived. At first he did not believe we had a reservation (maybe because i was wearing sweat pants after a very long trip).

Aftter 10 minutes, he claimed that someone with another address had checked in on our behalf. After 20 minutes, he probable realized that It was a mistake from the hotel and walked with us to check if there was someone in our room. He changed his face and went from grumpy to friendly, but never apologized for his behavior, especially at the beginning.
