We greatly enjoyed our stay at Excelsior by Geisel in Munich. Breakfast was very good, all the staff were very kind, helpful and efficient, the room was comfortable. We also appreciated the free room upgrade.
One suggestion is to note on the website that the best way to reach the hotel from the Main Station is to use exit A/B. We would have saved a lot of time if we had known this.

Angenehmes Ambiente, gute Lage ( aktuell viel Baustelle in der Schützenstrasse), Parkhauslösung für Innenstadtverhältnisse gut gelöst, alle Infos vorhanden, Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Excellent, from check-in till check-out. We had a great experience. Spacious room, fine breakfast and the Vinotheck was an excellent place to have a relaxed dinner. We are looking forward to our next stay at Excelsior by Geisel.

It was good, the mattress was as hard as a rock, would not stay here again because of that 100%. No one really smiles at this hotel , just one man did every time I saw him. The staff when you breakfast never smiles to greet you.
