El hotel se encontraba muy cerca de la estación de tren. A unos pocos metros. Para ir al centro se debía caminar unos 5 minutos. A unos 100mts se encontraba la salida principal de los buses de turismo, que permitía recorrer toda la ciudad. El personal de recepción muy atento, llegamos 2hs antes del horario establecido para hacer el check in y nos entregaron la habitación sin problema. La habitación era muy linda y enorme.

Good hotel would stay again, cleaning was a little shabby, no vacuum or change of bed sheets on 6 day stay - only part that could improve, otherwise very hospitable and responsive staff and good accomodation.

Rudeness on the phone and at reception. I requested a special service: early check-in at 1:00 p.m. instead of 3:00 p.m., as I was traveling with my children and had called in advance to ask about this possibility. The person who answered the phone, a woman, kept me on the line for over 15 minutes only to tell me she could not assure anything.

When I later arrived at the hotel, Julian came to the counter, clearly aware that I had already called, yet acted with a poker face and stated that nothing could be done. He did not offer any flexibility or even basic courtesy, and only after I asked for solutions did he suggest paying for an upgrade to access the room earlier.

Considering the circumstances — traveling with children and the fact that several hotel services, including the restaurant, were closed — this flexibility could reasonably have been offered without an extra charge. The overall handling of the situation felt dismissive and unnecessarily rigid.

Mooi hotel, goede locatie dicht bij het winkel gebied, goede sfeer, geweldig service gericht personeel! Bedden zijn goed! In de kamers is overal in voorzien. Zeker het terugkomen waard!
