Enjoyed the big room, plenty of space & decorated nicely. Found the room noisy (1st night was very noisy being a Saturday) Personally Mattress was firm which I did not like unfortunately & no kettle(I did ask at reception & they did say none in a classic room but could help out with hot water if needed)

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Im Deluxe-Doppelzimmer fehlte ein großer Ganzkörperspiegel – das wäre vielleicht eine sinnvolle Ergänzung für die Zukunft.

As a former Hotel Manager for luxury hotels I have to say my opinion about it. The hotel itself it's really clean and I like the style. But it's unacceptable that in 2025 such an expensive hotel has these old facilities. Old plugs, no usb chargers, old tv (not smart tv), phone not working and old heating system. Adding to that, since my room was located on the busy Bayernstrasse, it was very poor isolated and on a Saturday night I haven't slept at all because of people shouting.
But what mostly really concerns me, is that nowadays we still have hotels in the world that provide single-use plastic toiletries. Everything was in small plastic bottles, from the shampoo to the conditioners, and i can't imagine the waste that creates all these stuff. It's a very nice hotels, but it needs a lot of improvements.
So if I have to to make an average of ranks between everything I said, overall the hotel deserves a 5/6 out of 10.

We are in the process of transitioning to more sustainable alternatives, such as refillable dispensers and eco-friendly products, and your comments will certainly help us prioritize this shift.
