The hotel was lovely. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient.
This is not a complaint, just a point of reference, the hotel is very warm in the summer

I travel a lot and usually do not take the time for these reviews; however this time around, a four star hotel and the amount of money spent does not justify everything that happened. I have two rooms reserved under the same reservation number through a travel sight I have used for 12 years with no issues. When we gave arrived, tired and after a train ride, the last thing you want is any type of issues, but a smooth check in. We were greeted by a lady who could ot finf our reservation in the computer, she asked for assistance and a gentleman has handed her forms. She also not sure if asked or stated about me reserving an extra bed, I stated no, you have someone else confused with me, she kept insisting, once I pointed out that it is not my name on both forms, she went back for help; the gentlemen that handed her the wrong forms by this time saw me getting frustrated and escaped. The other lady walked, no smile, no hello, nothing and started blankly staring into the computer. Finally found my reservation, the original lady tried charging me 7000 euro instead of 700, luckily by this time I was watching every step ad clearly she was not listening or paying attention. I know this because I had to give my surname twice. Once I advised, about the second room, she stated there was only one, then she found my friends name and made that the reason, I advised there are two rooms under one reservation made by me. The other lady walked back up by that time, and stated that the one helping us is in training, so I SHOULD BE MORE UNDERSTANDING, no apologies, nothing of the sort. If you are training someone, maybe have somebody by their side at all times until they are ready to go on their own. I do not appreciate the rolling of the eyes and lack of empathy. Not even close to 4 star hotel level of service, I know I have stayed at plenty. I don't mind not being told the minibar is not complementary, I do however mind how much I have been charged for water's and juice, no beer, plain ridiculous. My room was for one person, no normal desk to work, bathroom is tiny, the toilet is too close to the sink, making you seat nearly sideways, not enough electrical outlets in the bathrooms. The only good thing was breakfast and the courteous staff. This is my fourth time in Germany, 2nd time in Munich, I will never stay in or recommend this hotel.

Does not feel like a 4 star hotel. No complimentary water even. Sent me comms in German and now an email keeps coming that my stay is approaching even though I already came back - so clearly something off with the emails. Very unsustainable as well - shampoo etc in small plastic bottles (also inconvenient to use). Would not come back.

Almost perfect. Only one thing is missing - Climate Control in the room.
Staff is kind, professional og with humour.
Breakfast was great.
Location perfect.
