Overall experience was average, the staff when we first checked in charged us wrongfully for the stay when we had already paid and then the room was very noisey & could everything on the street and other rooms.

very good. The only incident that I was not very pleased about is when ordering a coffee to my room, the man on the line clarified that a EUR 5 chage will be applied.

I was initially given a very noisy room (over the tram street). Guys, this is an UNACCEPTABLE solution. If you want to keep those rooms available you have to totally insonorize them. As they are they cannot be sold.

Ein sehr freundliches Ambiente mit Wohlfühlcharakter, auch mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten und angenehm aufgeschlossenen Servicepersonal.
Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, und es war schade, dass es keine Kaffeemöglichkeit auf dem Zimmer gab. Aber ich habe mich dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt.

On my checkin, a young lady welcome me on my arrival, which I felt a good hospitality.
However her quality of service didn’t meet my expectations.
First of all, she misunderstood my request I need the house keeping every day, which made not to clean my room first day even if hanging the request tag on the door knob 24+ hours.
Secondly she seems not to understand the benefits of my titanium status on I-Prefer program, and didn’t explain what kind of benefits I could take during the stay.
At the last, after I confirmed my late checkout request up to 13:00, I gave my room key to update the check out time.
But the key doesn’t work after 12:00 and I had to revisit check in counter two more times to get the accessible key.
