The experience was terrible, I had a health problem with a nosebleed the first night, the Hotel Manager was more concerned about charging me €150 for a pillow that was stained with blood than worrying about my health.

Nonostante la comodità , la pulizia e devo dare un giudizio negativo per la RUMOROSITà della camera!
Tram, treni, traffico... c'è di tutto nella strada che passa sotto le finestre a tutte le ore!
Consiglierei questo Hotel, ma accertando di avere la camera che affacci sul lato della strada pedonale.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and wished we booked this hotel for the 2nd part of our stay in Munich. The staff service was excellent, and my entire family enjoyed the ambiance. We also felt like the hotel was very family friendly, especially with children. The immediate neighborhood had some construction going on, but it was such a short walk to the main square that it was no problem for us. The rooms appeared to have some wear & tears which is understandable with the history, so I think a little more care (like redoing the caulking in the bath tubs or cleaning the upholstery or re-upholstering sofas and chairs) would go a long way to make this place a perfect 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was spacious and clean. What really was missing was a kettle and cups for tea or coffee. Another thing was the soap that we really shared carefully ( three adults in a room: my mom, my son and I) as we understood that we won’t be given the refill the next day. So if you are short of soap, just put the container on the wall (like in other hotels) and no one’ll have to worry. The same for tissues and toilet paper- we really shared carefully and thought about buying in the nearest supermarket. We didn’t stay in the room the whole day: left at 9a.m. and came back an 5p.m. So it’s not about the exaggerate use of something. The last thing - slippers, despite a wooden floor in the room and a warm floor in the bathroom, we badly needed them…

Sehr nettes Hotel mit zentraler Lage - leider war zwischen den Jahren das Restaurant geschlossen. Super zuvorkommendes Personal am Empfang.

Beautiful room, very clean, comfortable and with many amenities. The service was friendly and professional.
The location is excellent. A few meters from the Hauptbahnhof metro station to go anywhere. Also, walking distance to the main station, München Hauptbahnhof, and to Maximilianstraße, Marienplatz area. Great location. Highly recommended.

The room were big and enough space for two but we were not happy with the housekeeping service as sometime it was not completed, eg. leaving shower heads in the bath tub (in the middle of cleaning bathtub? uncleaned glasses were on the table and not replaced with the new ones, lack of toiletteries. The tissues were not re-filled and we were lack of that on the last day.
