Money oriented hotel, money is the first priorities and guests’ feeling second.
Very disappointed with our stay
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We understand your concerns regarding the noise issue and regret that your experience was not as expected. Please be assured that guest comfort and satisfaction are very important to us.
However, we also have to balance room availability and fairness to all guests, which sometimes means difficult decisions must be made. Our goal is always to find the best possible solution for everyone involved.
That said, we must express that the use of disrespectful language and filming our staff without permission is unacceptable and creates a difficult working environment. We always aim to provide the best possible service and expect a respectful and courteous interaction in return.
