Rooms was great, and so is the location. The problem is the street in front of It. There was people making loud noise on the street the entire night. Very unfortunate.
Moreover, there was a rude receptionist on the night we arrived. At first he did not believe we had a reservation (maybe because i was wearing sweat pants after a very long trip).
Aftter 10 minutes, he claimed that someone with another address had checked in on our behalf. After 20 minutes, he probable realized that It was a mistake from the hotel and walked with us to check if there was someone in our room. He changed his face and went from grumpy to friendly, but never apologized for his behavior, especially at the beginning.
