The stay was very good. The staff were all very polite and friendly offering help. The only thing was it was noisy in the room as it overlooked a busy street with trams working till late in the night and starting early in the morning. The soundproofness could have been higher. The breakfast was good but lacked veges.

Very Good hotel and staff have stayed and used hotel Excelsior together With the family for mani yers. We then booke and stayed in the same Room for mani yers. We have booke and stayed in 2 Rooms on The 5th flor. (526 and 527)
Break fast is also very good and can and is rekommander

The staff were simply wonderful! So helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. I wish we had a coffee maker in the room and the carpet was a bit stained. But the rooms were very large and we appreciated that.

WE had a very nice stay. Quaint. Clean. Walking distance to several sights.
My only negative is we were told by the waitress that the breakfast was at no additional charge. We were charged on my hold redid card for 2 . Was a charge we were. OT expecting and we would have chosen another option.
