Lovely hotel, location excellent. Disappointed that there was no 'in room 'coffee machine . Our friends went a day before us and were also disappointed and informed us so we actually bought 2 travel kettles with us as we needed a wake up coffee/tea. The room was otherwise lovely

The hotel location was nice.the room and amenities were nice. However with this caliber of hotel I would expect them to have smart TVs where I could plug in my fire stick or have a tv that has Netflix or some streaming service that you could log into. me streaming service that you could log into.

Very good. Close to subway, trains and Christmas Markets. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay in the heart of Munich.
Great position if you want to visit the main points of Munich. Since it is very close to the Hauptbanhof you can get easily everywhere, airport included.
Very vary breakfast (also vegan options), many fruits, breads, pastries, tea and coffee. Very good quality.
The only thing that was missing, was a kettle in the room in order to make hot water if you want to make a tea in the room.
Very recommended anyway, I would definitely be back.

Sie haben ein wunderschönes Hotel in der Innenstadt Münchens. Schon die traditionelle und gleichzeitig elegant und gemütliche Einrichtung des Eingangsbereichs, des Speisesaals und des Restaurants sind Weltklasse!
Sehr schade ist allerdings, dass es im kleinen Restaurant kaum Platz für Hotelgäste gibt und diese auch nicht gerade freundlich empfangen werden, wenn Sie "stören", weil sie bei einem Glas Wein ein wenig lesen möchten.
Vielleicht wäre es eine Idee, hierfür einen Platz für die Hotelgäste zu schaffen, ggf. zu erlauben, dass Getränke mit in die Lobby genommen werden dürfen oder doch die Bar zu öffnen.
Das Zimmer bekommt leider ein wenig Abzug, weil die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung zwar sehr schön, der Teppich aber doch schon sehr fleckig war. Zudem funktionierte das Waschbecken in der 433 nicht richtig. (Abfluss)

Wir bedauern, dass dies während Ihres Aufenthalts offenbar nicht entsprechend kommuniziert wurde. Ihre Anregung hinsichtlich zusätzlicher Plätze für Hotelgäste nehmen wir ebenfalls gerne auf.

Bezüglich des Zimmers danken wir Ihnen für die Hinweise zum Teppich sowie zum Abfluss im Waschbecken der Zimmernummer 433. Wir haben dies bereits an die zuständigen Abteilungen weitergeleitet, damit die Themen zeitnah geprüft und behoben werden.
