Die Freundlichkeit Ihres Teams, gerade im Empfangsbereich, hat bei mir einen äußerst positven Einduck hinterlassen. Wie gut tut ein stahlendes Lächeln oder die ständige Hilfsbereitschaft Ihrer Mitarbeitet. Auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist hervorzuheben. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in München bin, werde ich sicherlich bei ihnen eine Unterkunft buchen.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room felt smaller than we were expecting and was very hot because of the hot weather. The fan helped, but the room really needed air conditioning

Bei Anreise am Sonntag war es nicht möglich etwas zu essen. Alles geschlossen. Bei strömenden Regen außerhalb in der Nähe ein Restaurant zu finden war auch nicht möglich. Das war kein guter Eindruck vom Service.

Nice hotel and location but the room was too hot and a sign on the window said not to open it. I was there three nights and never got a good sleep. The front desk said the hotel was booked and no other rooms were available. Sent me up a fan. If you can’t open the window you shouldn’t rent the room.
