It was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was luxurious and comfortable. My only trouble, which is no fault of the hotel, was that the hotel location was hard to find given all the constructions going on at the main train station. Perhaps as a future improvement suggestion, the hotel can provide detailed directions to guests to help avoid frustration with finding the hotel.

Room size very good. Very clean. Only a bit noisy in the first hours of the morning

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, Service und Angebot sind dem Preis angemessen. Was hingegen völlig unangemessen ist, war die Lage des Zimmers. Das Zimmer 431 mit einem grausamen Ausblick auf die Klimaanlagen und den Müllsammelplatz des Hotels konnte mit geöffneten Fenstern nicht bewohnt werden. Die Kühlanlagen (vermutlich der Küche etc.) verbreiteten ununterbrochen einen so lauten Lärm, dass dieses Zimmer entweder nicht vergeben werden darf oder zu einem deutlich reduzierten Preis angeboten werden muss. Da dies den Mitarbeitenden an der Reception sicherlich bekannt ist, hätte ich mir wenigstens einen Hinweis gewünscht. Dieser Umgang mit Gästen, die einen hohen regulären Preis für ein deutlich minderwertiges Zimmer bezahlen, ist alles andere als angemessen. Das ist nur noch ärgerlich.

Dear Official,
We stayed in your hotel last week and paid 1.523,50 Euros on August 17, 2024.
However, the authorization you received on August 13, 2024 on my credit card account appears as a pending transaction( 1.474 Euros). I want this provision to be cancelled.

Great service and location. The room for single traveler is small but clean and cozy. WiFi connection is poor, hope the hotel will improve it in the future. There’s no air conditioning in the room, which can be quite stuffy in the summer.

The room was to small but on top of that, I payed 250 euro per night for a room without AC, probably it’s the first time in my life and I ve been in so many hotel, won’t ever come back at his hotel again.
