We were not advised that not all rooms had air conditioning. Our room did not have air conditioning and it was over 30 degree weather. A window was broken preventing us from using it, so we were offered a fan. We spent 2 sleepless nights with a very hot uncomfortable room. We also had permanent screens pulled down to attempt to block the sun but obviously no enjoyment of Munich to even see the sky. The drain the bathtub was plugged, we asked for it to be cleared, which we were told would be taken care of with a few hours. No one came, so we had to shower in ankle deep water, and a permanently dirty tub. Just not the Munich experience we were looking for. The woman at the concierge desk refused a room change and was not understanding or friendly in any way. Again, not the Munich experience we have had elsewhere.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Our deluxe rooms are equipped with air conditioning, but other rooms are not. For future stays, we recommend booking a room with air conditioning if needed, especially during hot summer conditions.
We regret that the bathtub drain was clogged and our promise to resolve it promptly was not fulfilled. Showering in ankle-deep water in a permanently dirty tub is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
