Very good. Martar (I'm so sorry i don't know how to spell his name) was very professional and went to great lengths to ensure the room i booked met my needs. He was professional and quick thinking. The hotel is gorgeous.

Die Zimmer nach hinten zur Straße sind eine Katastrophe bezüglich des Straßenlärms. Fenster schließen ist im Sommer unmöglich, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Zimmer in diesem Flügel werde ich nicht mehr nehmen und jeden auf dieses Problem aufmerksam machen.

Guter Gesamteindruck, aber Zimmer 427 liegt zur Straße hinaus und ist viel zu laut. Würde ich nie wieder nehmen. Ist wirklich eine Zumutung für jeden Gast.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig und stimmig eingerichtet und wegen der gut gedämmten Fenster sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen im Restaurant (Vinothek) ist toll und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Zimmer war sehr laut, Bett war viel zu klein eher als Einzelzimmer zu benutzen.

Wir möchten klarstellen, dass Sie ein Doppelzimmer Classic gebucht haben, dass bei uns eine Größe von 21 bis 35 Quadratmetern misst, wie auf unserer Website beschrieben. Unser Hotel befindet sich im Herzen des Münchener Stadtzentrums, und obwohl wir über Schallschutzfenster und Klimaanlagen verfügen, kann es bei geöffneten Fenstern in der Stadt durchaus laut sein. Dies ist ein häufiges Problem in jeder Großstadt und liegt leider außerhalb unserer Kontrolle.

My experience was excellent, so much so that you can be assured that I will book your hotel again at my next visit to Munich. It all started on a good foot when the clerk at the desk greeted me in French after seeing my passport. He took time to explain the different facilities of the hotel in a friendly and kind manner. I would like to add that the decor of the room was warm. I did not stay long as it was an overnight stay only but it was a relief being there in comfort after a train ride standing up due to disruptions caused by storms.
