Had a very nice stay and a lovely private dinner with business erlations hosted by me and my colleague. The hotel is very lovely styled from the lobby to the rooms.
(The only attention point is that nobody at reception offered to help me with my luggage when I was obviously struggling.)

The room was spacious and clean with a modern bathroom. The location was excellent. The staff were friendly 24 x 7. Easy check in check out.

Paid for air conditioning, nights were very hot, don’t think it worked. The shower water was tepid at best. Room was extremely small, no chest of drawers. We moved around our suitcase on the rack

The hotel itself was very Bavarian, which I loved. The location was great, close to the Marienplatz. Staff was helpful

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The front desk staff was so courteous and helpful, each morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and really appreciated the close proximity to the train station as well as central Old Munich. The bathroom storage is a bit sparse for what we were hoping for and the hotel needs to replace the blow dryers but otherwise the guest room accommodations were as advertised.

Nice stay however the room was difficult to get to the right temperature and the light on the air conditioning panel was so bright it kept me up all night.
