I have some suggestions for the hotel to improve on the service:
1. Inform the users of the current renovation going on in the area and how to drive to the hotel. The GPS on our car is not aware of the road blockages.
2. Also do remind your hotel users of upcoming public holidays. We are not aware supermarkets are closed on those days.

Mit dem Zimmer waren wir sehr zufrieden, hatten sogar ein Upgrade erhalten. Allerdings war ich vom Frühstück sehr enttäuscht, da es sich gegenüber dem letzten Besuch erheblich verschlechtert hat, wie Brötchen steinhart, Zopf nicht tagesfrisch …
Das nächste Mal werde ich ohne Frühstück buchen

I didn't notice at booking that the room did not have a kettle or a coffee machine available. For a hotel of this standard, I expected this to be standard even in a basic room.

Lage durch Leerstand gegenüber wird auf Jahre schlechter bzw. trostloser, Duschbad in Zimmer Nr. 512 zu klein (nur für schlanke Gäste nutzbar!), Zimmer zum Innenhof sind von anderen Zimmer einsehbar - unangenehm, Kaffeeangebot auf Zimmer super - seit wann? Frühstücksangebot etwas geringer?!
Sonst alles wieder gewohnt super und das Gesamthotel stimmig! Kommen trotz gewissen Einschränkungen wieder.

Lieber Herr Bickelhaupt,

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich erneut die Zeit genommen haben, uns Ihre Eindrücke mitzuteilen. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie unser Hotel insgesamt als stimmig und gewohnt gut empfunden haben und trotz einiger Einschränkungen wiederkommen möchten.

Wir bedauern, dass die Lage durch den Leerstand gegenüber auf Sie einen trostlosen Eindruck macht. Leider liegt dieser Leerstand nicht in unserer Hand, doch durch die anstehende Neustrukturierung des gesamten Hauptbahnhofgeländes erwarten wir in Zukunft eine wesentliche Verbesserung der Umgebung.

Auch nehmen wir Ihre Anmerkung zum Duschbad in Zimmer 512, das für Sie zu klein war, sowie zur Sichtbarkeit der Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ernst und geben dies gern an unser Housekeepingabteilung weiter.

Schön, dass Ihnen das Kaffeeangebot auf dem Zimmer positiv aufgefallen ist – dieses bieten wir seit Kurzem als zusätzlichen Service an. Beim Frühstücksangebot arbeiten wir stetig daran, eine gute Auswahl zu bieten und nehmen Ihr Feedback hier gerne mit.

Workers were all friendly. Room was clean. The reason for the low room score is because the air conditioner did not work, fan was blowing but was not cool, informed management. Last night of my stay the unit did not run at all. Very hot in room, no air circulating had to open windows, no breeze out side got bit up by mosquito’s could not sleep. Tried to sleep on chair on balcony, but too noisey. Not a good way to end my stay……
