In general all OK , we have problem only in the check in , because delay after of 1530PM of the date.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das unmittelbare Umfeld ist aufgrund der Baustellen nicht optimal, aber das Hotel selbst ist toll.

We liked our room and stay very much. We did have some initial issues with understanding the coffee maker, but the staff was quite helpful in setting us straight. Our bed was comfortable. If I were to quibble, it would be with the size of the pillows. Two were provided for each side of the bed. One was huge.. just like a dog mattress. The other was so small, it could pass for a throw pillow. For me, the large was too big, the small too small. I did not ask the staff for another one, so perhaps that could have been remedied.
