Zwei Anmerkungen zum Zimmer: das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön, es gab aber leider keine Gardine oder kein Rollo wie in anderen Zimmern - man muss entweder die Vorhänge zuziehen oder ist sehr exponiert. Die Zimmertür hatte zum Boden einen großen Spalt, sodass man die Geräuschkulisse vom Flur vollständig im Zimmer hatte.

Folgende Anmerkungen zu den Mitarbeitern: generell machten die Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Frühstück) einen sehr ernsten und wenig freundlichen Eindruck. Besonders an der Rezeption war ein etwas älterer Herr (mit starker Statur und leider ohne Namensschild), der eine stressige und regelrecht unfreundliche Atmosphäre verbreitet hat. Äußerungen beim Check-Out, ob alles in Ordnung war oder dass man sich freuen würde, den Gast bald wieder begrüßen zu dürfen gab es auch nicht. Sehr schade.

We got a spacious and large room. Location is convenient to walk to the old town and few steps from train station. I don’t think taxi can get to the front of hotel, our dropped us off close by and we had to walk a little. The bathtub was high so it can be a challenge for some people to go in and out. The frontdesk people were very nice and accomodating. I would stay here again

In general all OK , we have problem only in the check in , because delay after of 1530PM of the date.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das unmittelbare Umfeld ist aufgrund der Baustellen nicht optimal, aber das Hotel selbst ist toll.
