Very comfortable stay. All the staff we engaged with were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. We had two dinners in Vinothek - excellent quality food and service. Location close to the main railway station and S-Bahn is very convenient. We will recommend your hotel to any friends considering a visit to Muchen.

Nach so langer Treue zu ihrem Haus, wäre ich dankbar, wenn ich nicht im ersten Stock „im Kongresszentrum“ gebucht würde, sondern lieber mit etwas mehr Tageslicht.
Ansonsten ist Ihr aufmerksames Personal am Empfang, besonders mit Akeel, aber auch im Frühstücksraum sehr wohltuend

Interesting hotel with a few quirks such as toilet shoved in corner where you could brush your teeth while doing your business. The tub/shower is potentially dangerous as it it too narrow to stand normally so it’s more like you are riding a surfboard. Plus, the tub floor flexes making it even more challenging to keep your balance. The couch also needs to be replaced.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich und mit einem herzlichen Lächeln empfangen. Nicht nur an der Rezeption, auch im Frühstück Bereich wurden wir herzlich empfangen und bedient. Das Personal erfüllte sogar Wünsche, die nicht auf der Frühstückskarte standen. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Note eins.
