Hotel na obrzeżach miasta, co dla jednych może być dużym plusem, dla innych utrudnieniem. Hotel znajduje się przy konnych torach wyścigowych. Do przystanku metra pieszo około 18 minut. W okolicy nie ma sklepów, ponieważ jest to dzielnica targowa. Duży parking przed hotelem, można bez problemu zostawić samochód. Pokoje są małe, ale zadbane i czyste, łazienka również OK. Na ostatnim piętrze znajduje się mała siłownia oraz sauny. Jest również bar z widokiem na całą okolicę.
