Particularities:
• Unprepared staff lacking a sense of hospitality (especially the manager, who demonstrated a lack of professionalism and an inability to resolve simple situations);
• The AC had incorrect electrical connections for the fan motor (the second setting on the thermostat actually corresponded to the fan’s true maximum speed);
• The AC couldn’t cope either (after a full night set to 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature was 23.5 degrees Celsius);
• The shower was leaking;
• Their signature fabulous restaurant had very few options (you can check the menu online);
• In addition to the menu prices, a non-transparent 15% surcharge is applied to the bill, presented as VAT—even though that is not how VAT works; it is essentially a disguised tip;
• No one asks if you are a hotel guest so you can get the 10% discount; if you only mention it after already making the payment, you cannot get your money back or even a compensation;
• On top of having a very limited menu, I ordered a portion of panko schnitzel and french fries, and the quality was on par with a cheap dive bar;
• I wouldn’t have chosen this restaurant, but as a tourist checking into the hotel late—and with the restaurant only open until 10:00 PM—the prices were exorbitant.

Geweldig verblijf na een lange reis richting Turkije.
Goed geslapen, goed ontbijt waardoor we weer goed op weg konden gaan.

If you make sure you serve the customer and not the customer have to run arround to ask to fix machines and the machines are properly works ; moreover, the rewuested room is the way as it was requested, the hotel is fine.
