Very bad. The staff at the reception is unefficient and not cooperative.
1. An evening I asked for a taxi and they simply told me that they do not call taxi. They could have suggested me to download an app...but they did not. I found the solution by myself. I was in a hurry for a business meeting, but they did not care.
2. I asked to book a taxi for the early morning to the airport and, despite I asked to confirm the booking hour, they made a mistake with it.
3. I asked to help me shipping a parcel. They promised to help me the day after. The day after they said that they would not have helped me. The unspoken reaction was "you have a problem but we do not care about it".

After discussing the situation internally with our reception team, we would like to respectfully clarify a few points. Regarding the taxi requests, it is very unusual for our reception colleagues not to assist guests with arranging transportation, especially as this is a standard part of our service. We also regularly work with a contracted taxi partner, and in situations where they are unavailable, our team generally still tries to help guests find an alternative solution whenever possible.

Concerning the airport transfer, according to the information available to us, the transfer itself was successfully arranged and completed without delay. Nevertheless, we regret any confusion that may have occurred during the communication process.

Regarding the parcel shipment, our colleagues initially informed you about the available options and understood that you wished to take some time before deciding whether you wanted to arrange the shipment independently or through the hotel. You were also informed that any concerns could be discussed directly with hotel management as well, however we unfortunately did not receive any direct communication from you during your stay.

We would also like to mention that we take guest service and professional behavior extremely seriously. Based on both our own experience and internal review, we have not observed disrespectful or intentionally unhelpful behavior from the reception team members involved.

At the same time, we sincerely regret that your overall impression was negative, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. Feedback such as yours is important and helps us continue improving our services and communication.

Nice hotel, fine food, but welness just sauna with low tempreture… no glas of water in relaxroom…
