The room was not prepared for double occupancy, 1 set of towels were present. Bathroom was in a terrible state, with shoeprints, hair etc on the floor!.. There was a big wet patch on the carpet just inside the door(of the room, not bathroom)!
Requested a room change and got a new room, again with only 1 set of towels… couldn't be bothered to ask for another set again...
