I did not find the hotel is very clean. The carpet felt filthy. My daughter used the gymn and I think she got a rash from the air.

The hotel is located on very good location for the person who wants to stay on silent area like us. It would have been very good if it has balcony to enjoy the view and get fresh air. Our experience wasn’t very satisfactory only for the reason We mentioned on the cleanliness part.

As a business hotel, you need to try much harder. many of your customers are here to work at the expo, they expect to be treated well in comfortable surroundings. If I return for another show at the expo, I will find another hotel to stay in. I would rather stay somewhere of a better standard and have to travel in each day than stay with you again.
