Arrival at 21:15 went to my room, unpacked before heading to get some food, arrived in dinning room at 21:35 to be told that the kitchen had closed at 21:30, all literature stats 10:00. After checking the internet and finding no restaurants within 5 km which could meet my dietary requirements and getting no assistance from the hotel staff I went to my bed hungry. On the last night of my stay I was wakened from sleep as another guest gained access to my room with a valid swipe card, he stated that he had been given the wrong room by reception, my faith in your security was lost at this point.
