Good service, good room and also it was clean, and mostly liked the smartphone to use for guiding us to the city.

Very pleasant stay we had, only dissapointment was Spa area - even though very nice athmosphere, both savnas were not heated enough, so makes no sense to offer such spa area to guests

the handy phone avaliable in the room, It couldnt connect to Slovakia, the lady in the phone was saiyng the service is not avaliable. I made a call to czech republic, but didnt work for SVK. Its almost the same country. Please can you check what was the problem. Its not supported? Its EU. Thank you. Anyway nice hotel. Thank you.

Pleasant stay, very good for tranzit. Unfortunately the rooftop bar wasn't open during our stay, which was one of the reasons for chosing this hotel.
