It was an ok stay, not the best or worst I stayed, I did had more expectations regarding the hotel and only book it because it was 4 stars with spa and sky bar; unfortunately it did not felt as one. This hotel can be cozy depending on expectations.
Staff at reception tries to help which is a plus.
However I would not be staying again.

Very nice hotel, very nice personal. Location is not very good, but never mind. You should improve your wellness centrum. Only 2 saunas? But I am glad to stay in your hotel.

Mindennel meg voltam elégedve, kivéve a szoba hőmérsékletét. Az étteremben nagyon udvarias volt a kiszolgálás és ízletes a vacsora.

I like the overall appearance of the hotel, the design of the rooms, the cleaness, and the very good quality/price ratio. Breakfast can definitely be improved. it was extremely disappointing to find dishes full of dirty fingerprints (maybe not your fault but made by some other guests?)

we accidentally found him in the hotel,
we really liked it. The rooms are comfortable and the view is magnificent.
