Short Journey (one night) at the hôtel. Fine location, very good quality /price ratio, free parking + WiFi, dinner & breakfast at the Brasserie: fine. Nice place tout beau recommanded mainly to professional travellers.

Less than average. The reception staff was helpful, but the room and breakfast was very poor.

We were satisfied with hotel services. One disadvantage of this hotel is that in evening we had to walk from the metro stop (it was rainy and there was thunderstorm) because the last bus to hotel went at 19:30.

God. Men der er en dårlig akustik i restauranten. De har ikke modregnet mit depositum i min faktura, så jeg har et tilgodehavende på EUR 250.00, det skal jeg have tilbage betalt. Jeg y sendt en mail men har ikke fået enet svar. Værelse 1009

Грубый персонал - начиная с ресторана, бара и заканчивая ресепшеном. По стандартам 4-х звездочного отеля вода в номере должна быть бесплатная, должны быть тапочки и халат. Номер не убирался, полотенца не менялись.
Рассчитаться за отель решили в день отъезда. Ночью пытались снять деньги с карты за отель, не хватило средств, пришли проверить на месте ли мы. Такое у нас впервые. И этим дело не закончилось. Утром перед завтраком пришли рассчитались и в номер попасть не смогли, сразу заблокировали ключи. Пришлось идти разбираться.
Остались очень расстроены отелем, хотя не первый раз в Будапеште.

I really liked ladies working at the reception desk. They answered all our questions, explained how to use public transport, where to buy tickets etc.
Even though the hotel is not in the city center, I think that it is a very good location. We could easily reach all the placed that we wanted using metro and busess.
