Everything was at a very good level, but for some reason the spa was not working, it was open, but not functioning

We are sorry to learn that the spa facilities did not meet your expectations. Our saunas are only switched on by request from guests, which could have been the reason of them not working at the time.

Clean installations, spacious room, excellent breakfast and in general, friendly staff (especially the ones working in the restaurant) the receptionists on the other hand, were totally apathetic and seems annoyed with you asking for help, with the exception of one girl at the moment of my checkout.
The location is not great in terms of the area, but we already knew that and you have a metro stop taking you directly to the center in just a few minutes
