Very good experience , very quiet location, Sky bar should have open air though, very clean, and close to the center.

Celkový dojem hotelu nám zkazilo již zmiňované ubytování. Takže se již neubytujeme nikdy.

Dear Jakub,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Connecting rooms are commonly offered separately in hotels also when there is no request for a larger suite, but we understand your concern and regret that this arrangement was not to your satisfaction. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Kind Regards
