I did not like the location of your hotell. It was not in a nice area, and it felt unsafe to travel by metro after dark, and no transport from metro to hotel was available. When booked, I thought the hotel was at the conference center, but I still had to walk 5 minutes in the rain. When its still a five minute walk, I's rather stay downtown

Dear Eline,

Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts about your recent stay. It would be an honor for us to host you again soon in our hotel.

Terrible- It is the worst hotel I have stayed in for decades. It cost 160 euros a night - disgraceful - poor value for money

Dear Gardiner,

Super værelser og hjælpsomme personaler i receptionen, men ligger lidt afsindigt for offentlig transport 1,3 km.

Dear Laurisdsen,

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the rooms and found our reception staff helpful. We understand that the distance to public transport might be a bit inconvenient, but we appreciate you sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you back soon!
