Never again in this hotel. For the price I've paid is totally an awful experience. It's not even located in city center and the route to train station during night is also dangerous.

ok, but skybar was closed early and not possible to get a sandwich or bread pakket for early leave to airport, overall very nice reception, and good will to take action

hotel accogliente e personale molto professionale lo consiglierei

The hotel was generally good and I have no complaints. However, the Sky bar closed too early. During exhibitions, I usually make worthwhile business in the bar after the show and there was not that opportunity because the bar was closed. I was disappointed that I could not add the cost of extras to my room bill and a very simple service would be to have a weighing scales at reception to weigh luggage in preparation for the return journey.
I could not make the air conditioning work and consequently, the room was too hot at 26*
