Nice. restaurant did not have many vegetarian choices. Also taxi was very expensive to commute to and from the hotel,

It genuinely was terrible. It was a warm weekend, the power went off in all the rooms around 2 in the morning. The electricity company only arrived around 8am... I don't know how long it took to resolve problems. Staff should not ignore guests, talking on the phone for extended periods instead of dealing with queries. We were very disappointed with our stay. We complained, nothing was done, we were totally dismissed. We wrote after checking out and are still waiting for a response, it seems to us that customer satisfaction is low on the priority list for Expo Congress. It would be impossible for us to recommend staying here to anyone after our experience this time round.
