Expérience parfaite tant au niveau de l'hôtellerie que de la restauration. Personnel sympathique, accueillant et compétent. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de rencontrer le chef en cuisine et la présence de son épouse.
L'attention portée au client est digne d'un 5*.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable, les services sont irréprochables, le restaurant tout bonnement excellent et le chef très accessible et cordial.

We have had a great time at Flocons. Staff have been amazing. Room was great. The one thing stopping us from coming back is the phone reception we had absolutely zero reception in the hotel room, plus the terrible WiFi keeps falling out. For both if us we both have jobs were we work while on holidays and this has been very frustrating not being able to take phone calls or answer emails when you have jobs where you are required to be available.
I had to go out to the end of the wood deck at 01.14 at night when the work burglary alarm company called to even hear what they were saying. I had to send in a report by email couldn’t send it at all etc etc. It’s like we wrote the one reason for not booking our next trip to your establishment. It’s an easy thing for the hotel to fix set an antenna for phone reception and certainly the WiFi can be fixed so it’s working constantly and upgraded so it possible to use it for those guests who needs/wishes to use it.

Un émerveillement pour tous les sens .
Chaque membre du personnel participe à son niveau pour rendre ce séjour unique et inoubliable.
