Our experience was good. Unfortunately the beer garden and restaurant were closed, which we were told before our stay. Unfortunately the nearby pub was also closed. With the warm weather, a place to sit outside would have been welcome. All interaction we had with staff was excellent. They were helpful, pleasant and resolved any issues we had.
