I needed to check out early. I was told by the front desk that if my travel agent emailed them, then I would receive a credit back to my card for the days that I did not stay there. The travel agent called, received the email address to send the request, then sent the email copying myself. However, after multiple email communications back and forth with various parties, they will not credit back my card. I've being given various reasons why that is not possible, but every person I communicated with gives a totally different reason.
