Das Personal war sehr bemüht einen guten Service anzubieten. Leider war es nicht möglich den Wunsch nach ein ruhiges Zimmer und einen Regenschirm zu ermöglichen.

Bed uncomfortable and room too hot. Air conditioning sub-optimal. Too noisy to have the window open.
Breakfast charged as an expensive extra. No flexibility on pricing.
Surprisingly for Germany, several of the staff understood English poorly.
This 4 star hotel struggles to get the basics right.
