GINN CITY & LOUNGE YORCK BERLIN

It’s supposed to be a four star hotel, but when I checked in staff was kind of rude and short in the tone. The lobby area reminded me more about a cheap cafe than a proper hotel. In the hallway where I was staying there were loud parties going on like in a hostel. The room itself was ok, but I had expected more from a superior room. It didn’t correspond with the price. I would have expected a room like this to cost about half. Also the bed covers were small instead of one large, and pillows very uncomfortable. The AC wasn’t cooling properly either.

Also, why is the shower designed to allow all the water to run out on the floor?

Wenig Parkplätze.
Kein Schrank im Zimmer. Man lebt so aus dem Koffer.
Die Terrasse war etwas lieblos ausgestattet.
Trotz hochpreisigem Zimmerpreis ist Frühstück exklusive.

Insgesamt positiv, hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unkompliziert, nett und aufmerksam. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr gerne wieder.

We enjoyed it.. Nice staff, quiet location - a little away from the tourists, but still a lively area with restaurants and bar (and a great public park). The hotel is of good standard.

Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig nachdem wir Bescheid gesagt haben wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben das zwar von der Sauberkeit her besser war allerdings die Kosmetiktücher leer waren. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und es wird kaum warm. Flur war auch total schmutzig. Also wir kommen nicht mehr wir sind besseres von 4 Sternen gewohnt.

Sehr gut. Ein kleines, technisches Problem wurde umgehend behoben, also sehr guter Service. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Die Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung sind wesentlich besser als die von Touristen im Zentrum frequentierte Gastronomie.

Schicke moderne recht geräumige Zimmer, die im Bad noch Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern vertragen könnten. Auf den ersten Blick kompaktes, aber doch variantenreiches Frühstück. Schönes Angebot in der Lobby kostenfrei Tee und Kaffee zu erhalten.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Überdurchschnittlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal am Empfang und der Bar. Großes Kompliment, wir kommen wieder.
