Absolutely fantastic. Friendly staff, in particular there a blonde girl on reception who I believe usually works at your other hotel in Berlin. She was absolutely outstanding. My trip did not go as planned but she was extremely enthusiastic and informative - helping me come up with some other things to do. She is a credit to your hotel and team.
