Overall I very much enjoyed my 8-day stay at GINN City and Lounge Yorck Berlin. The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I have family and friends in the area and hope to stay here often. I do, however, have 2 complaints: there were TWO DAYS without any hot water, for which I received no reduction in the cost of the room. Also, on one evening I bought a Cosmopolitan drink at the bar for 10 Euros. It arrived as a "tall" drink with ice (??), fruity and syrupy and, sadly, missing any perceptible alcohol. Both are really not acceptable for a big city hotel and are not good customer care.

We’re very sorry to hear there were problems with the hot water; the company that performed maintenance on the system had forgotten to open a valve. However, our team and management responded immediately upon receiving feedback at the front desk. We will provide additional training to our bar staff to ensure excellent customer service in this area as well.

Alles super, leider waren sowohl im Bad wie im Zimmer lange Haare am Fußboden 😣

Fint hotel, store og flotte værelser. Men godt nok skidt at aircondition ikke virkede, og det betød 23-24 grader i værelset :(. Et 4 stjernet hotel burde vel også have et TV hvor man kan chromecaste.

Mange tak for din fine anmeldelse! Vi er glade for at høre, at du kunne lide vores hotel, de rummelige værelser og den flotte indretning.
Vi beklager, at airconditionen ikke fungerede under dit ophold, og at temperaturen på værelset derfor var højere, end du ønskede. Vi forstår, at det kan påvirke komforten, og vi tager din feedback meget seriøst.
