GINN CITY & LOUNGE YORCK BERLIN

I was in the hotel for approximately one week. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond my expectations for excellence. When I arrived early due to my US flight, the desk staff immediately located a room but in the meantime invited me to enjoy coffee and snacks from the breakfast buffet. During my stay the staff at the front desk and bar were so welcoming and helpful. I especially appreciate the excellent service from for my room each day. The breakfast attendants were simply amazing and incredible if felt as if I were at home. All of this is topped off by a beautiful rooftop to enjoy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this excellent hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

Gut geführtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Zeitgemäße Ausstattung ohne Schnickschnack. Nette und hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnen. Kommen gerne wieder. *****

Sehr schönes Hotel! Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Die Lage hat uns auch gut gefallen (circa 6-7 min bis zur Ubahn).

Tolles Hotel, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! An der Sauberkeit sollte gearbeitet werden (bspw. auf den Fußleisten im Bad, auf dem Tpilettenhalter etc) und die Gründlichkeit schwankte sehr (einen Tag waren die Teegläser noch auf dem Zimmer). Insgesamt komme ich jederzeit gerne wieder!

Äußerst angenehme Atmosphäre, tolles Personal, leckere Drinks und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

For the cost of this room, I was expecting more. There was no coffee-maker and little privacy (I was on the zero floor and had to either close the blackout curtains or have my room exposed). The bathroom had only one hook for towels, toiletries, and clothes, and, because there was no door on the shower, I couldn't shower without getting the bathroom floor soaked.

Great experience and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers! I was here for business and only needed the hotel WiFi periodically, but it was good enough to get most tasks done. The staff was really helpful and attentive and the location is great.
